• Please note the above times are based upon Metro Area. Rural and Remote locations may take longer. 

DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER 

All orders purchased via www.vasbytadventure.com will be processed within *2-3 business days. There may be slight delay in processing time during sale or new collection launch events. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon dispatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email. This email will contain your parcel tracking number. 

*Orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Within Australia, we use Australia Post for our deliveries, and Australian Post International for our international deliveries. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

For the most up to date information on the status of your delivery, you can follow the relevant link from your Shipping Confirmation Email, which will allow you to track your delivery at any time. Please note that tracking information may be unavailable online for up to 24 hours after dispatching your order. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | DUTIES & TAXES

We do not include import duties and taxes in our item or shipping costs. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its' destination. These charges may vary from country to country, however the customer is liable for these additional duties. 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Vasbyt Adventure is not responsible for orders placed with 'Authority to Leave', so please ensure your delivery address is safe to do so. While we do not provide the 'Authority to leave' option at checkout, Australia Post or Couriers may send you a text message to opt-in for this service. On the off-chance your parcel grows legs and goes missing under the 'Authority to leave', Vasbyt is not obliged to offer a refund or replacement.
