Pre-orders will be dispatched for delivery within 2 business days of them being received at our distribution space. The estimated date of arrival is specified on our Shipping page. If you would like to edit or cancel your pre-order, please send us an email at sales@vasbytadventure.com.
We hope you never receive a faulty item, and are so sorry to hear you may have! Please email us at sales@vasbytadventure.com with your full name, order number, an image of the fault, and a short description of the condition of the item upon receiving it. If your purchase is deemed faulty, we will gladly offer you the options of a replacement, refund or credit note.
Note: Faulty Item Requests must be submitted within 21 days of receiving your purchase.
Vasbyt offers the below payment methods:
Credit card (Visa & Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and AfterPay.
Fill your cart with all of your desired items and click the 'CHECKOUT' button. Once there, use the provided 'Gift Card' or 'Promo Code' fields to enter the relevant numbers. Make sure you hit 'APPLY' before moving to the next stage of the checkout process.
- Promotion codes must be used on the Vasbyt website at the time of the purchase to activate discount.
- One code usage per transaction only. Multiple codes cannot be used together, or be applied to previous processed orders.
- Vasbyt Standard Shipping and Return Policies apply.
Once your order has been placed, you may email us at sales@vasbytadventure.com to edit or cancel your order. However, once dispatched, we are not able to cancel or refund you.
Once you have received your purchase, you can proceed with the regular process, and request a return or refund via email.
