Returns & Refunds

RETURNS POLICY
  • All returns will be issued a store credit. Full refunds for products purchased online will only be provided if the product is deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe; or - does not match the descriptions made on the site.
  • If an item is faulty and you wish to return in, this must arranged within 21 days of your Order Purchase date. 
  • VASBYT is not accountable for the loss of products during the returns process, and we recommend using Registered Australia Post, and holding onto your tracking details when returning items.
  • There are strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty. Exchanges on sale items will not be granted.  

If you wish to file and exchange or report a faulty product, please email us at sales@vasbytadventure.com, and we will personally assist you to resolve the issue. 


RETURNING SALE ITEMS
We don't offer refunds on sale items, unless faulty. These items will show a clearly marked discounted price in red.
If you have purchased an item on promotion, such as '25% OFF' or '2 for $80', you are welcome to a full refund, exchange or store credit. 


RETURNS PROCEDURE
The returns process begins by requesting a refund via email to sales@vasbytadventure.com. This email should include your full name, order number, reason for refund/exchange and any additional photos if item is damaged or faulty upon arrival. 


In both instances - full priced item or sale item - the items must mailed back with tags still intact. Once we have received the item, you will be issued with an online exchange code or a refund through the original method of payment. Regardless of case, goods must be returned within 21 days of purchase. The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of mailing the return, however,  we will reimburse this cost in the case of faulty or damaged items.

Please send us an email at sales@vasbytadventure.com with the tracking number if possible. As soon as we receive confirmation the item has been sent we will process the refund.
